The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.

Responsibilities-

• Participate in sprint-level integration and regression test planning/execution, design/develop

• scripts to run automated tests, and perform manual and exploratory testing.

• Write/execute test scripts and perform API testing using Postman.

• Determine priorities for test scenarios and create test strategies, estimations, test plans, and test cases.

• Ensure testing consistency to accelerate delivery.

• Perform biweekly regression and present results to stakeholders.

• Develop complex SQL queries for database testing in order to extract information, trends, insights, and metrics from data stored in databases.

• Collaborate with scrum masters, product teams, Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and developers to define testable scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Design/develop automated tests for website dashboards and directories to ensure that user healthcare data is displayed according to business and product requirements.

• Report code defects and analyze regression or smoke test failure patterns to determine corrective actions and eliminate errors.

• Perform code reviews of type scripts/automated test scripts created by team members and provide review comments.

• Participate and contribute to Scrum ceremonies.

• Drive changes to testing practices based on emerging tools and technologies.

• Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications-

Position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering or related plus five years of software development experience within the healthcare domain, or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering or related plus two years of software development experience within the healthcare domain. Experience must include Amazon Web Services (AWS), JMeter, TestNG, Selenium, JavaScript, Chai, Mocha, Application Programming Interfaces (API), Postman, Jira, Cucumber, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) framework, Git, SQL, and Scrum.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
