Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management or related field.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience supporting oversight or governance programs of a business operation.

• Experience supporting ServiceNow/or contract lifecycle management tool workflows.

• Knowledge and experience in governance workflows where approvals, restrictions and requirements are managed in corporate setting.

• Understanding of corporate business operations, their purpose and functions (e.g. Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, etc.).

• Experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Exposure to legal, privacy or compliance business functions.

·       Project Management Professional certification.

·       Experience developing ServiceNow or contract lifecycle management tool workflows.

Job Overview:

This position will:

• Participate in coordinating operational governance activities related to business, compliance and legal approval of new roles within international operations of the company.

• Facilitate dialogue with governance members and stakeholders to support a clear expectation of the governance process, action items and anticipated outcomes.

• Support new role intake review processes for internal business stakeholders submitting intakes for approval.

• Produce periodic reports to internal leadership regarding governance process, including volume of roles reviewed and related metrics identified by leadership

• Develop and maintain an active understanding of systems and tools needed to support various roles within the enterprise to support business needs.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills.

• Work independently and as part of a team with colleagues and matrixed business partners.

• Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise.

• Interact with business stakeholders regularly through meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand business processes and business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and coordinate schedule of standing governance meetings.

• Managing risk & compliance in SNOW - ServiceNow GRC/ IRM, Privacy Mgmt.

• Managing Legal workflows - ServiceNow Legal service delivery

• Managing project workflows - ServiceNow Project portfolio mgmt./ Agile Development 2.0

• Exposure on CLM tools like confluence

• Process and review stakeholder intakes for completeness, offering feedback as needed to support the timely completion of governance review.

• Check completeness of intake forms and follow up on intake requests to obtain additional information prior to committee evaluation of proposals.

• Proactively engage regularly with governance committee members to document feedback and next steps and respond to queries.

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding the scheduling, status, follow up and outcome of governance decisions.

• Document and track outcomes of governance meetings.

• Pursue problem-solving to address unexpected challenges.
