Job Title: Change Delivery Manager

Location: Preferred India/ Global

Reports to: Epic Delivery Owner / Programme Manager

About the Role

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of business change initiatives across our global operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior delivery leadership role, such as an Epic Delivery Owner, and will play a key part in ensuring that change is delivered effectively, with a strong focus on business readiness and stakeholder engagement.

The Change Delivery Manager will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and Change Readiness functions to coordinate and manage the non-technical aspects of change delivery. You will help ensure that business functions are prepared to adopt and embed change, and that delivery aligns with agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

This role is closely aligned with our Agile release trains supporting technology driven changes , in support  of our global health insurance business. The Change Delivery Manager will ensure that all change initiatives are in line with the strategic objectives of the Business, facilitating seamless integration and adoption of new processes and systems. This includes working with stakeholders within the different global business line to understand their unique requirements and ensuring that all changes support the delivery of high-quality health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Change Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness plans.
  • Business Readiness: Lead or support readiness activities such as business impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts.
  • Delivery Coordination: Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
  • UAT & Release Planning: Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting.
  • Change Impact Analysis: Document operational design decisions, identify business process changes, and assess the impact on end users.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports. Contribute to governance forums as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices.
     

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project/change delivery, preferably in a regulated or complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience supporting UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
     

Desirable:

  • Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains.
  • Exposure to Epic or Feature-level delivery in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
