Job Title: Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer – Agentic AI & Cloud Automation

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with deep experience in cloud-native platforms, automation, and a passion for leveraging Agentic AI to optimize infrastructure operations. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Support and optimize Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS, including autoscaling, logging, and observability.
• Integrate and deploy decision models built in IBM ADS, ensuring secure and scalable runtime environments.
• Leverage Agentic AI frameworks to automate DevOps tasks such as anomaly detection, self-healing infrastructure, and intelligent alerting.
• Implement and manage observability and monitoring using Dynatrace, including custom dashboards, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of APIs, data pipelines, and decision services.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, networking, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Overall experience of 4 to 6 years.
• 4–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering roles.
• Strong expertise with AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration, including monitoring and scaling workloads on EKS.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Experience with Dynatrace for observability and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of networking, cloud security, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience integrating infrastructure with decision models (e.g., IBM ADS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agentic AI systems or AI Ops platforms for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
• Exposure to observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) in addition to Dynatrace.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in DevOps practices.

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
