Position Summary:

Experience Required:

• Qualified candidates will typically have 13 - 16 years of professional IT work experience and managing projects/initiatives. 

• A Master’s degree or Agile certification is a plus.

• Cyber Security experience/background is mandate.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The activities handled during this timeframe are:

• Define and communicate the program vision, strategy, and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program.

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Monitor program performance and metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

• Facilitate program governance meetings and decision-making processes.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the program.

• Be the first escalation point when issues arise within the PCI space.

• Serve as a subject matter regardless of what methodology is used to execute.

• Communicate the importance of and drive team’s compliance with Cigna policies and procedures.
