Software Engineer Senior Analyst
 

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineering Analyst who will be responsible for enriching a Cloud Practice within Core Tech Engg & Solutions (CTES) to accelerate us on embedded solutions(UI/API & LLM) journey for claim platforms by reengineering current state legacy systems. The journey requires building foundational capabilities/patterns and enabling teams from a design, technical architecture and selecting cloud services wisely. This role required proved technology leadership with strong hands-on digital experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong foundation in full stack development  and have evolved into AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI domains. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes test software requirements for various applications within the Core Tech Engg & Solutions (CTES) organization.
• Understands a program’s architecture/design, logical and physical data models.
• Design and Develop embedded application which comprises of UI, API development & integration with LLM & Python model to provide accurate recommendations.
• Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions
• Ability to work on projects independently with minimal or no oversight required.
• Examine and discover methods to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and dependability of data quality and support.
• Support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery
• Works with both (Scrum Master, Product, QA and Developers) and QA team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.
• Be part of a fast-moving team, working with the latest tools and open-source technologies
• Work on a development team using agile methodologies.
• Understand the Business and the Application Architecture End to End
• Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code
• Participate in daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work
• 5-8 years of experience in programing, API and UI development.
• Experience working in UI development using Vue.Js & Node.Js
• Experience in C#, .Net Core
• Experience in using IDE like Visual Studio Code, VS Code Etc
• Experience in developing backends using NODE.JS
• Experience in developing Applications using Python
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS
• Knowledge of API tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Experience with LLM methods which can be integrated with UIs to generate recommendations based on standard operation procedures we fed to the system.
• Experience in business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking
• Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment along with tools like Jira, Rally, etc.
• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Build agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Integrate LLMs with legacy systems and modern cloud-native applications.
• Develop and optimize ML models for classification, prediction, and recommendation tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models in production environments.
• Ensure model governance, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end development using Vue.js, Node.js, C#, and .NET Core.
• Work with AWS services for scalable deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Design and manage SQL Server databases and data pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI, agentic frameworks, and cloud-native AI tooling.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required Experience & Education: 

• Proven experience with design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions. 
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. 
• Junior level experience in relational and NOSQL databases
• 5-8 years of experience in Software engineering
• Hands on experience engineering/developing modern on-prem/public AWS solutions, Vue.JS, Node.Js, Python and LLM models
• Willing to learn, go above and beyond attitudes.
• Experience with modern and legacy development languages.

Desired Experience:  

• Healthcare experience including Disease Management
