This position will analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators for the Identity and Access Management team and support the Sr Advisor on building reporting and dashboarding capabilities for the IAM Leadership team.

Technical Capabilities:

·        Familiarity with tools like Tableau, MS Excel, MS SharePoint online, SQL Servers and leveraging AI tools to accomplish simple tasks

·        Ability to analyze large data sets to find data discrepancy to ensure the data is accurate

·        Fundamental understanding of SQL (language), Python scripts etc is recommended

Experience:

·        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis reporting and dashboarding

Skills:

·        Strong analytical and technical skills.

·        Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel (v-lookups, pivot
tables)

·        Demonstrated knowledge/experience with SQL, Microsoft BI, C++ or other AI language for numerical data processing

·        Critical thinker with strong communication skills

·        Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear
manner

·        Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, contribute
solutions

·        Ability to prioritize and meet timelines and deadlines

·        Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve goals.
