Infrastructure Engineering Senior Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Position Overview

The Infrastructure Engineering Senior Analyst will serve as a key data analyst within the Endpoint Health team, responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance, availability, and security of enterprise endpoints—including laptops, servers, and workstations. This role leverages data from SaaS platforms such as Aternity, CrowdStrike, and Tanium to proactively assess endpoint health and drive improvements in the digital experience of our colleagues.

Responsibilities

·       Analyze and interpret data from endpoint monitoring tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the Technology organization to support and maintain endpoint health services.

·       Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide actionable insights into endpoint performance and security posture.

·       Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing endpoint management capabilities and improving operational efficiency.

·       Support incident response and root cause analysis efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

·       Create technical documentation and runbooks for supporting and using the endpoint solutions.

·       Identify opportunities and drive process improvements. 

·       Assist with the development of automated processes for repeatable work completed by the team.

·       Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

•       Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

•       Proven experience with using SQL and Excel for complex use cases.

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

•       Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across technical and non-technical teams.

•       Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira.

•       Familiarity with ServiceNow.

Required Experience & Education: 

•       High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent training/work experience. 

•       3 - 5 years overall experience with providing data analytics in an enterprise environment.

Desired Experience:  

•       PowerShell, Python, or similar programming/scripting experience.
