New Business Sales Associate - CuraScript SD

In the fast-paced and competitive landscape of healthcare sales, success hinges on the ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with tenacity and strategic focus. The New Business Sales Associate at CuraScript SD plays a pivotal role in driving growth across hospital and health system segments, where a true hunter mentality is not just preferred—it’s essential. This mindset embodies a relentless drive to uncover leads, penetrate new markets, and exceed sales goals through initiative, resilience, and a passion for winning. As a key contributor to a cross-functional sales team, the ideal candidate thrives on challenge, embraces accountability, and consistently seeks innovative ways to expand CuraScript SD’s reach and impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Meet sales objectives in individual territory.
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.
  • Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction.
  • Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined by outbound calls
  • Complete all administrative requirements on time.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial approach to territory and account management
  • Accountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Perform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy.
  • Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP’s.
  • Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years' relative work experience preferred
  • MS Office, Computer proficiency
  • Additional experience in SAP, SalesForce, and TPS a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of managed care operations.
  • Experience with business plan development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate
  • Work in Lake Mary, FL office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and another day of your choice.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
