Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – GenAI, Decision Systems & Cloud-Native Development

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in Computer Science, hands-on experience in Generative AI tools, and a passion for building intelligent, scalable systems. This role involves full-stack development, API integration, and automation in a modern AWS EKS environment, with a focus on integrating decision models built in IBM Automation Decision Services (ADS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot deployed on AWS EKS.
• Integrate and deploy decision models built in IBM ADS, ensuring seamless orchestration and version control.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines using Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Develop and maintain Kafka-based data streaming solutions for real-time decisioning.
• Work with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) and Redis (or similar) for transactional and caching needs.
• Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Watsonx.ai) to automate development tasks such as code generation, test automation, and documentation.
• Participate in full-stack development, including frontend integration and backend services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and post-deployment validations.
• Collaborate across global teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall experience of 5-8 years.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java/Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with AWS services, especially EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL), Redis, and IAM.
• Proficiency in Kafka, Databricks, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience integrating and deploying decision models in IBM ADS.
• Solid understanding of decision trees, rule-based systems, and data-driven decisioning.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-driven automation.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
