The Position:

The position of Finance Assistant is a newly created position with the Middle East and Africa finance team, this role will be based in Dubai, working across multiple finance teams including Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Operational Finance and Credit Control. There will be opportunities to get involved in a range of ad hoc projects as they arise within the general finance area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual KYC renewal process with multiple banking partners spread across the region.
• Support of other treasury related tasks of administrative nature
• Assist in investigation of payment issue discrepancies
• Co-ordinate the approval and payment of various finance related invoices
• Support the Middle East and Africa businesses through a broad number of project initiatives
• Support other teams within the department as needed.
• Deliver a range of ad hoc analysis as required

• Experience of Oracle or similar General Ledger packages would be advantageous but not essential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
