When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.

The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone.

You'll be working Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual with proven leadership capabilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Prior experience in a retail environment, particularly in areas such as stock management, merchandising, recovery, and visual presentation, would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on and enjoys actively contributing to the team's success.

Essential Requirements:

• Full and valid driver's license.
• Forklift Operator Certificate is desirable. However, the successful candidate will be expected to obtain an F Endorsement on their driver's license within a specified timeframe (to be discussed during the hiring process).
