Description

As our Northern Sales Lead, you’ll take charge of driving sales growth and commercial performance across Auckland North. Reporting to the National Sales Lead, you’ll lead, coach and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals to deliver exceptional results - building new revenue streams, strengthening key partnerships, and supporting the wider retail network to achieve commercial success.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role. You’ll be actively involved in key deals, customer engagement, and strategic sales opportunities, while coaching your team to consistently exceed targets and deliver commercial success. You will also play a critical role in supporting the wider retail network to identify and convert commercial sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute the national field sales strategy within your region
  • Lead, coach and empower your team to exceed targets and deliver operational excellence
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets, revenue growth, and pipeline performance
  • Monitor performance and create a culture built on growth, accountability and success
  • Partner with Regional Leads to review results, identify opportunities and act fast
  • Support your team in key client meetings, bringing insight, credibility and confidence to every conversation

You’re a proven sales leader who thrives in a target-driven environment. You bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for winning business, and the ability to translate strategy into sales results.

You’re confident leading sales conversations, influencing at all levels, and closing deals. Just as importantly, you’re an inspiring people leader who knows how to coach, develop, and energise a sales team to perform at their best.
