• At least 2 years as a Therapeutic Specialist preferred.
• Proven track record in competitive markets, with strong influencing, negotiating, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HIV products, disease state, competitors, and industry trends.
• Ability to discuss product protocols (cost vs. efficacy, dosing, duration) credibly with experts.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy; familiarity with Gilead's operations and decision-making networks.
