Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize end-to-end workflows for gene expression, genome editing, cell therapy, and molecular diagnostics applications.
• Conduct live workflow demonstrations, technical workshops, and hands-on training for customers and partners.
• Support method development, protocol optimization, and application feasibility studies.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and product teams to improve solution positioning and drive customer conversion.
• Enable translational research collaborations and support key customer evaluations & proof-of-performance initiatives.
• Build and deliver technical presentations, application notes, and training content.
• Maintain a strong understanding of new technologies and proactively showcase cross-divisional integration opportunities.
• Ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-demo engagement for accelerated workflow adoption.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with PCR/qPCR, cell culture, genome editing tools, and NGS-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Thermo Fisher platforms across Biosciences, Genetic Sciences, and CMD portfolios.
• Proven experience of over 8 years in applications, technical support, or laboratory research environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers optimally.
