Job Description

What will you do?

  • Excursions and factory tours at the company – organization from A to Z, communication with high schools and universities, being proactive, being comfortable with public speaking, but also assisting during visits – catering, coffee breaks, and other support.
  • Organize company events – small to large, local and international. Bring new ideas, have strong organizational skills, and be good at planning. Follow trends and think long-term.
  • Support for the PR team – helping with administrative tasks – invoices, contracts, arranging catering, helping at events, creating presentations - good work with PowerPoint.
  • Intranet administration – creating short texts, keeping track of current information, working well with data. 
  • Provide daily executive support to site leadership.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs using company data and information systems.
  • Coordinate approval processes for contracts, invoices, proposals, and legal documents.

Who do we look for?

  • University degree (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
  • Strong independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, and creativity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Czech is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong representation skills.
  • Ability to create simple graphics and visual content (e.g., Canva).
  • Basic project management skills (planning, time management, budgeting, and results orientation).
