Responsibilities

• Lead as the go-to expert for plant utilities systems.
• Identify and successfully implement process improvements to enhance system availability, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Provide technical support to utilities operations to resolve issues and ensure flawless production processes.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure strict compliance with GMP standards.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
• Examine operational data to spot trends and possibilities for improvement.
• Train engineering and operations staff on new processes and standard methodologies.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support overall manufacturing objectives.
• Ensure the maintenance and optimization of utilities equipment for reliable operations.
• Guarantee all activities align with safety laws to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in utilities engineering, specifically within plant and clean utilities, and HVAC systems.
• Strong background in process improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Outstanding skills in technical support and collaboration with multi-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
