Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flawless customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to tenders strictly and efficiently.
  • Successfully implement customer service strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support Tenders team in Poland with any relevant task as necessary
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the tenders or related industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
