半導体市場におけるデュアルビーム、集束イオンビーム走査電子顕微鏡（FIB-SEM）のフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します。主な業務は、小型あるいはウェハプラットフォームを使用したデュアルビーム装置のエンジニアとして、お客様の物理解析の課題や歩留まり向上への解決を図ります。また、自動化レシピ開発など技術開発を支援して頂きます。技術的な課題への取り組み以外では、社内のマーケティング、セールス、サービス部門と協力して、より良い顧客体験を提供して頂きます。半導体業界のデュアルビームを使用した解析分野にて、お客様に貢献できるポジションに関心が高い方を歓迎します。
業務内容：次の業務を、自律的に取組んでいただきます
- インストレーション及び装置トレーニングを含む顧客サポート
- 新しい技術やアプリケーションの開発を含む自動化レシピ開発及び運用サポート
- FIB-SEM装置のアプリケーションエンジニアとして、セールス部門のサポート
- 製品開発部門やマーケティング部門へのフィードバック
必須要件
- 半導体物理学の知識
- 装置の機械的な知識と操作の実務経験
- 国内及び場合により海外への出張（年間50%）
歓迎要件
- 物理学、半導体あるいは材料工学関連分野の学士号
- 半導体及び材料工学など物理解析あるいは分析の経験
- FIB、SEMあるいはFIB-SEM装置の操作経験
- コンピュータープログラミングの経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語
- 計画、優先順位、問題解決を有機的に行なう姿勢

Salary
75,000 - 130,000 USD / yearly

Responsibilities
- Customer support including installation and device training
- Develop automation recipes and support operations
- Support sales department as FIB-SEM application engineer
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing
