Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Pharma Analytics to join our outstanding team in Paris. This role is your chance to create a significant impact in the pharmaceutical sector while being part of a company that continuously strives for excellence!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring professional support and high-quality service.
  • Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products and services for their projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales action plans.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for Pharma Analytics Assays, hardware, and software adoption.
  • Apply market and field data-based prospecting to identify new potential opportunities and customers.
  • Support internal projects within the Bioproduction Group, from data reporting to strategy development.
  • Analyze customer and market data to generate insights and support account planning.
  • Manage assigned accounts and coordinate the sales process using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research and track competitors to identify growth opportunities.

People Specification

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (advanced studies in health engineering and management are a plus).
  • Ability to combine technical understanding with a commercial approach.
  • Basic understanding of the upstream and downstream workflows in Bioproduction processes.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and a great team spirit.

Salary

Estimated Salary Rangemedium confidence

50,000 - 90,000 EUR / yearly
