Responsibilities

As a Lead Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure flawless production processes
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
• Coordinate with different departments to successfully implement production schedules
• Troubleshoot and determine solutions for any production-related issues
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Demonstrated background as a lead operator or in a comparable manufacturing position
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
