Weekend AM: Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

A Day in the Life:

  • Responsibility for the daily distribution activities, productivity and quality within the 4X10A assembly/manufacturing team.
  • Provide leadership and assistance with the daily operation of the department to meet all daily objectives.
  • Assist employees with exceptions and problem resolution to ensure accuracy within the department.
  • Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to meet department goals.
  • Organize and direct workflow for the department when supervisor is unavailable
  • Provide instructions about standard operating procedures, customer quality requirements, and help in resolving problems.
  • Train temporary employees and new hires.
  • Assist the supervisor in maintaining a safe, injury-free work environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Desire to work within a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move about the operations environment (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required
