Professional Objective

The Medical Affairs objetive drives the company’s scientific and commercial growth by leading key scientific marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and supporting product promotion and customer education. This role collaborates closely with Commercial and After-Sales teams to ensure proper product use, resolve technical issues, and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders. Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge, support clinical and scientific initiatives, and contribute to quality system compliance to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Education in Health Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related
• Highly desirable PhD in health
• Fluent english level
• Excelente communication skills and ability to work in teams
• Availability to travel within Mexico with the possibility to have some travels outside the country
• Highly desirable experience working with clinical studies

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for scientific marketing activities pertaining to specific areas in support of the company's objectives.
• Research and analyze market trends.
• Plan actions to promote products and institutional image.
• Support commercial and marketing activities.
• Conduct presentations and lectures to all levels of clients, including physicians, laboratories, etc., in alignment with their objectives.
• Work closely with the Commercial area to optimize customer education and sales growth resulting from the correct use of products.
• Work together with Sales team to develop strategies and execute plans in line with the company's commercial objectives.
• Work in collaboration with the after-sales area to validate TBS products with customers.
• Work together with the after-sales area to solve technical problems with customers.
• Develop and liaise with local, regional experts, physicians, laboratories and other key customers on medical advances and product-related issues.
• Keep up to date with scientific publications and other literature related to
• Promote clinical trials involving opinion leaders, seeking alignment with international guidelines.
• Participate in presentations on Scientific Matters related to the company's interests.
• Prepare executive summaries as needed to meet organizational goals and objectives
• Scientific training to the distributor network.
• Monitor internal and external audits of the quality system, implementing corrective actions, if necessary.
• Keep up to date with new procedures and processes inherent to your area of ​​expertise.
