The Experience Design Center (XDC) is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Product Design Engineering professional. This role will develop and drive next-generation electromechanical architectures for new product experiences and exploratory initiatives. The focus is on feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and various product groups, OEMs, and suppliers.
Location: On-site in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $160,000.00–$195,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
