The Resources Empowerment and Development (R.E.D.) Program 2026 is designed for people who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy - ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded.

This program foresees three secondments in various functional groups where selected candidates will experience accelerated career opportunities throughout job rotations, having the chance to be part of different teams. The ultimate goal is to create formed professionals to work in key teams in Engineering roles.

                                                                                                                                              

Location/Division Specific Information:

The Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 1.400 colleagues, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with an increasing focus on biologics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Management Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Motivated and eager attitude with a passion for ongoing growth and development.
• Ability to successfully implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
• Previous experience in the Pharma industry as long as international experiences will be considered a plus.
