•    Responsibilities
•    Ensure all activities comply closely with company practices and client requirements.
•    Complete ongoing training to stay updated on the latest guidelines affecting clinical supplies and GxP activities.
•    Participate in and support department project teams, including the development of clinical supply strategies.
•    Assist in the development and improvement of departmental SOPs.
•    Train or assist junior staff as needed.
•    Ensure import and export operations conform to PPD or equivalent experience, client specifications, and relevant regulations.
•    Actively support the Trade Compliance Manager with updates concerning relevant regulations in the country of scope.
•    Complete and suggest improvements for the Import & Export plan for each project according to local operation requirements.
•    Serve as the local point of contact for Import/Export and Trade Compliance in-country.
•    Meet with the Trade Compliance Manager to review import/export issues and offer recommendations and alerts.
•    Propose and take part in continuous training on new regulations related to import/export activities.
•    Maintain filing of import/export documentation and update PPD Owned Metrics and Indicators Reports.

Requirements
•    Confirmed experience in import/export operations, preferably in an IT environment.
•    Strong understanding of trade compliance and international shipping regulations.
•    Ability to make informed judgments and recommendations.
•    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Proven track record to work collaboratively within a team and train junior staff.
