About the Role

As a Staff Engineer, Software, you will be instrumental in the technical evolution of the Nautilus™ Laboratory Informatics Platform. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to successfully implement innovative technologies while ensuring that we meet our customers' ambitious needs for scalability, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in all phases of the software development cycle, from building to implementation and unit testing.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver flawless software products according to schedules and specifications.
  • Build essential documentation such as specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
  • Actively engage in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and review meetings.
  • Address and fix support calls promptly.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Experience developing technical specifications based on customer requirements
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#)
  • Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL
  • Familiarity with code version control tools (preferably Git)
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of C++
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with writing code alongside automated tests

75,000 - 130,000 EUR / yearly
