Join us as a Manager Nursing - And lead our nursing team in the administration of clinical trials, oversee patient care, ensure compliance with research protocols, manage staff, and contribute to the advancement of medical research initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide Nursing Staff leadership and supervision for the conduction of clinical trials. – 25%
• Participate in the day-to-day clinical study activities and procedures, ensuring efficient work flow and appropriate management of research subject’s activities. – 20%
• Ensure study procedures are performed safely and in compliance with study protocols, SOPs, Work Instructions, GCP, FDA and other applicable regulations. – 20%
• Review client protocols and case report forms for in-house comprehensive source documentation and logistical feasibility. – 15%
• Assists in the development and presentation of department specific and clinic wide training. – 15%
• Overseas the management and procurement of departmental supplies and equipment. – 5%

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Manages experienced professionals and / or subordinate management who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Often heads one or more sections or a small department
• In depth knowledge of nursing treatment protocols and subject management and the ability to make nursing judgements
• Strong skills in nursing techniques in therapeutic and preventive care for subject management
• Excellent ability to evaluate research studies and apply findings to the execution of clinical trials
• Skilled at developing process improvement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate intra and inter-department training programs

Working Conditions and Environment:
• Exposure to high pressure, intense concentration needed
• Must pay constant attention to detail-visual, mental
• Must be able to multi-task constantly
• Frequent interaction with clients / associates required
• Long, varied hours required occasionally
• Travel and rotating shifts required on rare occasions
• Exposure to toxic materials on rare occasions

Physical Requirements:
• Standing and walking required daily
• Lifting / carrying objects of 5-25 lbs. required daily
• Crouching / stooping required frequently
• Lifting / carrying objects of 26-50+ lbs. required occasionally
• Kneeling, twisting of upper body / neck, and pushing / pulling of items required occasional
