Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

A day in the Life:

• Lead and coordinate visual inspection operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
• Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate Visual inspection processes, scheduling and organization. 
• Work schedule optimization.
• Responsible for personnel training and qualification for vials and PFS inspection; 
• RFT accountability;
• data trending and personnel performance analysis;
• CAPA identification and responsibility;
• Process optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role or 5 years in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing environments is helpful.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Outstanding understanding of visual inspection of sterile products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Work in a controlled environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
