Role Description

The Administrative Assistant is the heartbeat of our fast-paced office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional experiences for clients and team members alike. This energizing, people-focused position is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in multitasking, building relationships, and supporting a high-performing wealth management team. Reporting to the Operations Manager at Purpose Driven Wealth, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests, the efficient coordinator handling communications, and the reliable partner assisting with events, marketing, and client services.

In this role, adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are key as you collaborate on business planning, team outings, and client appreciation initiatives. Employed directly by Purpose Driven Wealth with Thrivent's backing, you'll enjoy the resources of a national leader while contributing to our close-knit, entrepreneurial environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, scanning documents, and coordinate business planning sessions, team lunches, outings, and other administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, scheduling meetings, handling mailings, sending personalized birthday gifts, and managing other communications.
  • Assist with client service requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Answer incoming calls, distribute messages accurately, and provide courteous support.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and uphold a professional appearance of all office areas.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client data and activity logs.
  • Support event planning, marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts as needed.
  • Check and process incoming mail daily.
  • Assist with office expense payments and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Greet clients and guests warmly, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Participate in team-building workshops, conferences, and ongoing development activities.
  • Embrace and promote Purpose Driven Wealth’s vision and mission in all interactions.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager to support team success.
