Role Description

  • Drive client-facing activities by scheduling meetings for Financial Advisors using Thrivent tools.
  • Update contact management systems with accurate client/member contact and preference data.
  • Assist in preparation and follow-up for client/member meetings, ensuring all materials are ready.
  • Track practice expenses, oversee bill payments, and maintain financial records.
  • Provide backup support for unlicensed tasks to other team members as required.
  • Participate actively in business planning processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
