Role Description

The Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional (UNL) position in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a dynamic role at the heart of our brokerage services. This position is accountable for answering incoming phone calls, processing new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions. You'll analyze and handle non-routine and complex transactions, including 'not in good order' items, while making outbound calls as needed. Our team ensures all service activities are performed quickly, accurately, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with internal policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Build and sustain high-quality, professional relationships with field professionals, clearing firms, and internal business units.
  • Analyze, approve, and process transactions with precision, ensuring timely service that exceeds established SLAs and drives member/field satisfaction.
  • Deliver superior customer service through clear, accurate, and prompt communications, keeping clients informed on account statuses.
  • Achieve or surpass department quality standards through meticulous attention to detail and continuous improvement.
  • Support development of policies, procedures, and quality assessments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle complex, non-routine transactions, including troubleshooting 'not in good order' submissions and regulatory compliance checks.
