Role Description

  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to gather information, process transactions, and ensure accurate, efficient resolutions.
  • Focus on first-call resolution while minimizing average handle time (AHT) and after-call work to serve more clients effectively.

  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with Thrivent's promise of financial clarity, helping clients maximize their annuities for retirement security.
