Role Description

  • Educate and empower clients on informed financial decisions spanning investments, insurance, retirement planning, and generosity initiatives.
  • Build and nurture a robust personal network through engagement with local nonprofits, churches, businesses, and community events in Gig Harbor and surrounding areas.
  • Support senior advisors in client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial plan development under mentorship.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments, recommend tailored solutions, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and business development activities to grow Harbor Financial Group's presence.
  • Leverage Thrivent's digital tools for virtual consultations, data analysis, and compliance tracking.
  • Contribute to practice growth by prospecting, referral generation, and community outreach events.
