Role Description

As a Bilingual Financial Services Professional at Thrivent, you'll build a sustainable financial practice focused on personalized advice for Christian families in the Latino community. This role combines the autonomy of business ownership with comprehensive corporate support, allowing you to control your schedule while delivering actionable financial strategies. Serve clients in Houston, Beaumont, and surrounding areas, leveraging Thrivent's award-winning products, workshops, and reputation to grow your practice exponentially.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith.
• Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent's comprehensive products and programs, including life insurance, annuities, investments, and retirement planning.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, built on trust, cultural understanding, and bilingual communication tailored to the Latino community.
• Secure client appointments by leveraging your personal network, Thrivent’s stellar reputation, and delivering engaging financial workshops in English and Spanish.
• Market your practice effectively using Thrivent-provided tools, digital campaigns, and community events in Houston and Beaumont areas.

• Maintain flexibility in your schedule for optimal work-life balance, while actively participating in team coaching and professional development.

Education & Experience

• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life, and health licenses (for licensed roles) prior to contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, securities registration, and/or insurance licensing verification.
• Previous experience in financial services, sales, or community outreach is a plus but not required—Thrivent provides extensive training.
