Education & Experience

• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life, and health licenses (for licensed roles) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, securities registration, and/or insurance licensing verification.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is a plus but not required—Thrivent provides robust training.
