Role Description

The Client Service Administrator provides essential member care support to Apex Financial Group. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced financial services environments. You'll handle administrative tasks, client interactions, and operational support to ensure seamless service delivery. This part-time opportunity (20-25 hours/week) allows Fox Valley residents to work in-office in Appleton or remotely, offering the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments.

Detailed Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating CSM/CRM systems with accurate client data, contact preferences, and interaction history to maintain a robust client database.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls to Apex Financial Group, responding promptly to member inquiries and requests for information.
  • Preparing routine correspondence, reports, and special projects to support team initiatives and compliance needs.
  • Supporting projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as required by the practice.
  • Driving client-facing activity by scheduling meetings with clients on behalf of Financial Advisors, ensuring high engagement and retention.
  • Assisting Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including gathering documents and summarizing outcomes.
  • Providing backup support for non-licensed tasks to other staff members, enhancing team efficiency during peak periods.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Thrivent's compliance standards in all client interactions.

This role plays a pivotal part in fostering long-term client relationships and operational excellence within our faith-based financial practice.
