  • Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate client contact details, preferences, and interaction history.
  • Assist Lead Advisors with thorough preparation and diligent follow-up for all client meetings.
  • Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure all follow-up tasks, meeting notes, and next steps are properly documented and actioned.
  • Respond promptly to client service requests, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Complete post-meeting work, including data entry, document preparation, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain client information accuracy and confidentiality in line with Thrivent standards.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support practice growth and client satisfaction.
