Role Description

The Client Service Administrator provides essential administrative support to SEMO Financial Advisors, acting as a key resource for financial advisors and clients. You'll handle inquiries about customer accounts and insurance needs, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless practice functionality. From answering phones and greeting members to utilizing Thrivent's proprietary systems for client relations and insurance tasks, this role is the backbone of our client-focused operations.   • Handle daily operations including phones, mail distribution, email management, supply ordering, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Lead Advisor.
