Role Description

As a Client Service Coordinator employed by Sarah Hamlen of Five Star Financial Group, you'll be the friendly face and operational backbone of our practice. This position focuses on administrative support for financial advisors, managing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll handle phones, greet clients, process mail, schedule appointments, and utilize Thrivent's proprietary systems to maintain compliance and client records.

  • Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience while they await their financial advisor.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, answering basic client questions or directing to appropriate colleagues across time zones.
  • Drive client engagement by scheduling meetings and appointments on behalf of financial advisors using the Client Service Model (CSM).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Update client documentation, including compliance forms, life event notes, and required records in Thrivent systems.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure stock levels support smooth operations.
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining compliance brochures and forms.
  • Support team operations by multitasking amid frequent interruptions while upholding high-quality standards.
