As a Client Service Coordinator employed by Sarah Hamlen of Five Star Financial Group, you'll be the friendly face and operational backbone of our practice. This position focuses on administrative support for financial advisors, managing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll handle phones, greet clients, process mail, schedule appointments, and utilize Thrivent's proprietary systems to maintain compliance and client records.
Ideal for detail-oriented multitaskers with a passion for service, this role requires strong communication skills to bridge clients across Central and Mountain Time Zones.
