Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships across generations in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and surrounding areas.
  • Leverage personal networks, Thrivent’s brand, and community events to generate leads and appointments.
  • Conduct award-winning financial workshops and seminars to educate and attract potential clients.

  • Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (life, health, variable contracts), Series 7, and Series 66 registrations during onboarding.
  • Demonstrated commitment to community involvement, particularly in Alaskan locales like Anchorage and Fairbanks.
