Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Bemidji, you will build a financial practice that empowers clients to achieve financial security while living generously. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s suite of products including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs. Enjoy the flexibility to control your schedule for optimal work-life balance, while developing genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and purpose-driven goals.
  • Deliver personalized financial planning, including retirement strategies, investment portfolios, life insurance, health coverage, and wealth protection.
  • Conduct award-winning financial workshops and seminars to attract new clients and educate your community.
  • Leverage your personal network, Thrivent’s marketing resources, and community events to secure client appointments.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 7 and 66, and state insurance licenses.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in technology, business development, and peer mentoring to enhance your practice.
  • Promote Thrivent’s generosity programs, helping clients give back through charitable giving strategies.
  • Manage client relationships using CRM tools and digital platforms for seamless service delivery.
