Role Description

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and purpose-driven goals.
• Provide personalized financial planning, including advice on investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth protection.
• Develop genuine, multi-generational relationships with clients in Charles Town, WV, based on trust, empathy, and shared values.
• Secure client appointments using personal networks, Thrivent’s marketing tools, and hosting educational financial workshops.
• Recommend and implement Thrivent products such as life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, banking solutions, and charitable giving programs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
