Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Orlando, Florida, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent's comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Leverage digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Thrivent's marketing support to generate leads and nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists for advanced product knowledge in investments, annuities, mutual funds, and banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state insurance regulations.
  • Participate in community events, church networks, and local outreach to expand your client base in Orlando.
  • Track performance metrics, set goals, and continuously improve through ongoing coaching and professional development.

  • Previous financial services experience is a plus but not required—Thrivent welcomes career changers.
