Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Chattanooga, you will build a financial practice by providing personal, actionable, and achievable advice. Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.

• Deliver award-winning financial workshops and seminars to educate and attract new clients in Chattanooga.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. No prior financial services experience required—successful Thrivent Financial Advisors have come from diverse backgrounds, including outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, and more. Skills acquired in these fields transition seamlessly into the financial advisor role. Must be willing to obtain required licenses: state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations. Thrivent provides comprehensive paid training.

Compensation Overview

Earn uncapped income through a competitive commission and incentive structure based on your success. During the up to 14-week paid onboarding and training period, receive a base salary plus benefits.
