Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor with Choice Financial in Harrisburg, PA, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and grow a financial advisory practice focused on holistic financial planning, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity planning.
• Conduct one-on-one client consultations to assess financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance, delivering customized strategies.
• Leverage Thrivent's marketing resources to host educational workshops and seminars on topics like retirement planning, debt management, and legacy giving.
• Prospect and network within local churches, community organizations, and professional groups in Harrisburg, PA, to generate leads.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 7 and 66, and state insurance licenses.
• Collaborate with Thrivent specialists in investment management, estate planning, and business development to enhance client services.
• Track client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust financial plans as life circumstances evolve.
• Participate in continuous professional development through Thrivent's training programs and coaching sessions.
