Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Costa Mesa, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.

  • Host educational financial workshops and seminars in Costa Mesa to attract and educate prospective clients.
  • Prospect and network within local communities, churches, and businesses to generate leads.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state insurance regulations.

Business Development

  • Leverage digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Thrivent’s resources to grow your client base.
  • Analyze client portfolios regularly to adjust strategies and ensure ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists for advanced support in technology, marketing, and product expertise.
  • Track performance metrics and set goals to maximize commissions and incentives.
