Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach/Palm Coast, FL, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice while connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive products and programs, including investments, insurance, banking, and generosity initiatives.

Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding. Leverage your network and Thrivent’s renowned reputation to make client appointments, deliver award-winning financial workshops, and market your practice effectively in this vibrant Florida coastal region.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a financial practice by guiding clients toward financial clarity and empowerment in service and faith.
  • Provide personalized, actionable financial advice tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Connect clients to Thrivent products such as life insurance, health insurance, variable contracts, investments, banking solutions, and generosity programs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and their families across generations in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Palm Coast communities.
  • Secure client appointments through personal networking, Thrivent’s brand strength, financial workshops, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to achieve optimal work-life balance while meeting client needs.
