Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in the Denver Metro Area, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships throughout generations based on trust and understanding, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.

  • Host educational financial workshops and seminars in Denver Metro communities, churches, and workplaces to attract prospects and establish thought leadership.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Thrivent's lead generation programs to prospect and nurture client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Thrivent specialists for investment management, insurance underwriting, and compliance support to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing advice, and adjust strategies to adapt to market changes and life events.
  • Participate in community outreach, volunteering, and generosity initiatives to embody Thrivent's mission and strengthen local ties.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and state insurance regulations.
