Role Description

As a Thrivent Financial Advisor in Fort Myers, FL, you will build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity, empowering lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent’s comprehensive suite of products and programs, including retirement planning, wealth management, life insurance, disability coverage, annuities, mutual funds, and charitable giving strategies.

This role offers the autonomy to grow your business while leveraging Thrivent’s award-winning brand. You'll develop genuine, long-term relationships based on trust, serving clients in your local community through personalized financial planning workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Build and expand a financial practice by prospecting within your network, local churches, and community events in Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, analyzing clients' goals, risk tolerance, and life stages to deliver tailored advice.
• Leverage Thrivent’s marketing tools to host educational workshops on topics like retirement readiness, college funding, and legacy planning.
• Develop and maintain multi-generational client relationships, providing ongoing support for life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, and retirement.
